The HOP! project involves three partners with a long record of common research projects, with one partner providing expertise in energy policy and modelling (JRC-IPTS), one partner with expertise in macro-economic and technologic assessment (Fraunhofer-ISI) and one partner being expert in transport policy analysis, transport and socio-economic modelling (TRT).
